Scott Evans is the son of dentist G. Robert Evans III and dancer Lisa Capuano, who later served as artistic director of the Concord Youth. He was born on September 21, 1983, and was reared in Sudbury, Massachusetts, United States.
Shanna Evans, Carly Evans, and Chris Evans, an actor, are his older brother and sister.
Scott Evans attended New York University to study theater. He became gay at the age of 19.
On January 15, 2008, Scott Evans debuted as the show’s recurring Oliver Fish, a police officer. Later, in 2008, he made a brief guest appearance as Trey on Guiding Light.
